when people's away messages say something like "I'm bored, call me: 555-5555" does anyone actually ever call them then?  I dunno, I never do, I don't know of anyone else that does.

I, Zachary Aaron Weber, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

So help me God.

I don't consider myself to be *technology dependant* I can live without a cell phone, AC, portible CD players (music is a must though), eletric nose-hair clippers, whatever.  There's just one *little* thing I really can't do without, well two really: my computer and the internet.  Our ISP went down on Thursday (probablly from the storms) and we didn't get it back until late today. I thought I was going to die. I felt so disconnected (no pun intended) from the world.  Also, AOL IM is my primary means of communication with several ppl, some highly importaint.  Heaven forbid I'd ever actually have to use a phone...

Now all that being said, I *can* live without my computer, as long as I'm somewhere else doing something else.  For instance I *could* live for a week in the woods or something like that, but if I'm at home...I might as well be using my computer right?

if any of that makes any sense..."I'm retarded"

if you're excited that the new issue of PC World just came in the mail, does that mean you're a geek?
